iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to support daily plant care tasks under direct supervision. This entry‑level role introduces you to core functions in veg, flower, harvest, and trim, building a strong foundational understanding of the full plant lifecycle. You will perform basic care such as transplanting, pruning, tagging, weighing, and sanitation, with emphasis on safety, PPE, and compliance in a fast-paced cultivation environment.
