About the role

Behavior Care Therapy is seeking a 1:1 paraprofessional to support a 12-year-old boy with autism in his Phoenix home. Flexible part-time afternoon/evening hours, Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a focus on play-based ABA and daily living skills. You will work closely with a BCBA, follow step-by-step plans, track progress with a mobile data system, and communicate with families. Prior SPED or caregiving experience is helpful; background check required.
