About the role

ABA Centers of Delaware in New Castle, DE is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician Manager (RBT Manager) for a full-time leadership role. You will manage and train RBTs and Lead RBTs, collaborate with the clinical team, and help ensure safe, high-quality client care. The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification, a 4-year degree, 3+ years of ABA/education experience, and at least 1 year in a leadership or training role. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.
