About the Role: We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our growing production team. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble mechanical systems and components that power our specialized military and industrial HVAC equipment — turning complex blueprints into rugged, dependable products.
What You'll Do: Assemble frames, panels, coils, and other mechanical components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications Use hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment to build with accuracy and efficiency Perform quality inspections and testing on completed assemblies to meet strict military and industrial standards Document assembly processes, materials, and any issues to maintain strong production records Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and fellow assemblers to solve problems and deliver projects on time Champion safety by following all procedures and helping maintain a clean, secure work environment
