About the role

Toyota North America is seeking aPrincipal Engineer - Electrification to lead regulatory compliance for electrification projects, including battery- and fuel cell-based products. You will craft policy, action plans, and coordinate execution across teams to ensure timely adherence to evolving regulations. Ideal candidates will have a decade of automotive/regulatory experience, strong PM and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
