About the role

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join a supportive post-acute care team in the Fremont, CA area. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a steady Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services that help patients improve independence, daily living skills, strength, coordination, and overall functional ability.
