About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the next phase of an existing digital solution within the healthcare industry. The project will focus on enhancing an existing survey and digital document generation tool, including the redesign of a PDF summary used by physicians and sales representatives and the migration of email delivery functionality from Eloqua to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between client stakeholders, technical teams, and developers, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong experience with technical requirements, APIs, integrations, user stories, and Agile software delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Document technical requirements and API specifications related to system integrations and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration. Own user stories and acceptance criteria for survey lookup, PDF generation, and user management functionality. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams. Lead client-facing requirements discussions, walkthroughs, and presentations with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partner closely with developers throughout Agile sprints to clarify requirements, answer questions, and resolve issues. Support requirements gathering, backlog refinement, testing, and implementation. Collaborate across client, product, design, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered. Maintain requirements, user stories, and project documentation within Jira.
Required Qualifications: Senior-level Business Analyst experience within digital or technology-focused projects. Strong experience documenting technical requirements and API specifications. Experience supporting system integrations and platform migrations. Strong experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria. Experience working directly with software development and technical teams. Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead requirements sessions with both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Digital agency, consulting, or similar client-services experience is a plus.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
