About the role

Customer Service Representative We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support daily call-center and administrative operations within a fast-paced distribution center. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and delivery coordination, working closely with internal warehouse and transportation teams. This is an on-site, entry-level to early-career role. Training on internal systems is provided. Available Work Schedules: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM, Tuesday Saturday. 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Tuesday-Saturday. 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, Tuesday Saturday.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Research order status and delivery information using internal systems. Confirm delivery windows and communicate expectations clearly. Document call notes, updates, and service issues accurately. Complete daily paperwork and basic data entry. Assist with routine reports and information tracking as assigned. Communicate effectively with warehouse, dispatch, and leadership teams. Participate in cross-training and team knowledge sharing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area. Perform additional routine duties as needed.Qualifications:Required:Customer service or call-center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers for email, data entry, and system navigation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic. Preferred (Not Required): Experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
