About the role

Rental Associate And Customer Representative Are you looking for an opportunity to grow your career? Are you detail-oriented? Do you love interacting with people? If you answered yes, we want to talk to you! We have a Rental Associate and Customer Representative position available. The available shift is Monday through Friday - 7:00am-3:00pm.
What You'll Do:
  • Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently
  • Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs)
  • Manage the loaner fleet – Make sure that loaners are clean, prepped, and generate loaner vehicle agreements for customers
  • Handle after sale, due in deal items for customers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service all day
What We're Looking For:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day
  • Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
