Role Description:
The Office Administrative Assistant role provides support functions to others in our organization, with daily office tasks to ensure efficient operations. The ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time is essential. Attention to detail, proactive outlook and willingness to learn are musts.
Duties and responsibilities:
· Answer phones and greet clients· Assemble various tax returns· Type letters and reports· Edit and format documents· Ensure client records are up to date· Provide support for accounting staff· Other general administrative duties
Job Requirements:
· Exceptional customer service· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe· Prepare, organize and store information in digital format· Professional appearance· Excellent verbal and written communication· Team mentality and positive can-do attitude· Basic math and organization skills This full-time position offers competitive pay, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefit package. Previous payroll, data entry and / or professional office environment experience are pluses, but not required.
