Business Development Manager – Architectural Stone & Building Products South Central Region (Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi & Arkansas About Realstone Systes Realstone Systems is a growing manufacturer and distributor of premium natural stone veneer, tile, and architectural products serving residential and commercial markets throughout North America. We work with dealers, distributors, showrooms, contractors, architects, designers, and builders who value quality products, strong relationships, and exceptional customersuppot. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to support and grow our business throughout the South Centralregon. This is an opportunity to join a growing company with established customers, strong market recognition, company-generated leads, and significant opportunity for territory expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the business within their reion. Responsibiities• Support and grow sales with existing dealers, distributors, and business prtners• Recruit and develop new dealers, distributors, and strategic artners• Build relationships with contractors, installers, architects, designers, builders, and showroom ersonnel• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and custoer visits• Identify and develop newproject oportunities• Follow up oncompany-prvided leads• Coordinate with inside sales and customer support personnel to ensureexceptional cusomer service• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and cusomer meetings• Expand market awareness and sales throughou the territory Preferre Qualifications• Experience in the stone, tile, masonry, hardscape, flooring, architectural products, buildingmaterials, or rlated industries• Experience working with dealers, contractors, installers, architects, designers, buildrs, and showrooms• Business development, account management, outside sales, or territory maagement experience• Strong communication and relationhip-building skills• Ability to work independently and manage a ulti-state territory We are also interested in candidates from related bckgrounds, including:• Former intallers or ontractors Designers Cnstruction professionals Buildig materials professionals Recent college graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a desiretobuild a careerin sales Sccessful Candidaes Will Be•Self-motivaed• Competitve•Organizd Enthusiastic Idependent•Relationship-focused• Professioal in appearance and communication• Comfortable presenting to grops and conducting taining sessions Travel Requirements• Territory travel throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama Louisiana, Mississippi, and Arknsas• Some overniht travel required Support & Resources Realstone Systems provides the tools ad support neededfor succss, including: Company-generted leads Salesandmarketing resources Product training Inside salesand customer support assistance• Frequent iteraction with company leadership and the CEOAt Realstone Systems, team members work directly with leadership and are treated as valued contributors to the success of the business.
