You will advise the US Country Holding Officer and senior management on governance, risk mitigation, and strategic legal matters, including M&A and license to operate. You will oversee integrity investigations, data privacy, cybersecurity, and regulatory certifications, ensuring alignment with internal controls and risk programs across ABB’s U.S. operations.
