Job Description Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist located in Los Angeles, CA. The CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring high-quality machining of parts, performing milling operations, and conducting quality control checks. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and specifications, as well as efficient production processes to meet tight tolerances and deadlines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in related field is preferredExperience in Machine Operation and MachiningProficiency in Milling practices and techniquesStrong skills in Quality Control and adherence to specificationsFamiliarity with 3-axis CNC Machinery operationsAttention to detail and high precision in workAbility to work effectively in a team and independentlyExcellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudePrevious experience in the aerospace industry is a plusExperience with 5-axis CNC MachineryExperience in CNC ProgrammingExperience with Lathe Machining and ProgrammingExperience with HAAS and Fanuc controlsExperience with MastercamExperience with quick turn work environment
