About the role

Onsite IT Support Engineer – End User Support & Smart HandsWe are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide end-user support and smart hands/eyes services.
Locations: Longmont, COContract: October 5, 2026 – April 1, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM local time; occasional Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite desktop/end-user technical support. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. Perform smart hands/eyes activities, including equipment installation, replacement, cabling, and basic troubleshooting. Support IT equipment and peripherals such as laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, and network devices. Document incidents, service requests, and activities in the ticketing system. Coordinate with remote IT teams for issue resolution.
Requirements: 2+ years of onsite/desktop/field IT support experience. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Hands-on experience with hardware, Windows, peripherals, and basic networking. Ability to work independently at a client site. Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
