Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as feeding, toileting, and mobility Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
