About the role

Generating outbound retention calls and servicing inbound inquiries, the full-time Member Retention Counselor will focus on growing Club membership totals while providing exceptional customer support in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential and lapsed members, emphasizing the value of AAA membership and generating mailings as needed Handle incoming calls from prospective and current members, explaining membership benefits and processing sales and change requests Support Branch Offices and other departments by providing clarification on membership policies and assisting with employee training as needed Required qualifications Proven experience in customer service or sales roles Familiarity with data processing technology and customer relationship management systems Ability to work flexible hours, including alternating Saturdays Strong understanding of membership policies and procedures Commitment to delivering exceptional service standards consistently
