About the role
- Operate machinery and equipment to assemble, package, and process products
- Inspect finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Monitor production lines and report any issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns
- Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and performance targets
- Ability to work 812 hour shifts while standing and performing repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
- Previous production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet performance and quality goals
- Reliable teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Swing Shift | MondayFriday | 1:45 PM10:00 PMGraveyard Shift | Sunday night
- Friday morning | 9:45 PM6:00 AM Must be available for mandatory weekend overtime
