About the role
Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with significant plant leadership responsibility Experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably with 500+ employees
Preferred Requirements:
MBA degree Experience in Tier 1 automotive or other high-volume manufacturing environments Proven experience leading a plant turnaround, significant operational transformation, or major performance improvement initiative The successful Plant Manager will provide executive leadership for all aspects of plant operations, driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and financial performance. This role is responsible for developing a high-performing organization that aligns operational execution with long-term business strategy while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
Lead all plant operations with full accountability for P&L performance, operational execution, safety, quality, delivery, capital investments, and workforce development Develop and execute strategic operational roadmaps that improve productivity, optimize manufacturing performance, and support long-term business growth Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance throughput, reduce waste, improve flexibility, and strengthen customer satisfaction Build and develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching, succession planning, talent development, and a culture centered on accountability and collaboration Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies, resolve complex business challenges, and drive organizational transformation Ciresi Morek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
