About the role
To support the growth of the organization, the full-time Junior Sales Representative will manage new customer inquiries, qualify leads, and coordinate appointments for the Enrollment Team while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Engage inbound leads promptly, assess fit, and determine readiness before routing to the closing team
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and ensure qualified prospects are handed off to closers with full context
Build trust quickly with prospects through effective communication and collaboration with the marketing team
Required qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling, preferably in enrollment/sales environments
Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead management and follow-up
Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools
