About the Role:
The Company is in search of a Head of Mergers & Acquisitions to spearhead its acquisition strategy, deal sourcing, transaction execution, and integration planning. The successful candidate will be a key player in driving the company's growth through strategic acquisitions, particularly in the technology, data, AI, and consulting sectors. This executive role demands a professional with a proven track record in middle-market acquisitions, strong financial and transactional expertise, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The Head of M&A will be responsible for developing and executing the company's acquisition strategy, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential targets, and leading end-to-end transaction processes. They will also be involved in post-acquisition value creation, collaborating with leadership teams to identify and realize operational and revenue synergies. Applicants for the Head of Mergers & Acquisitions position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic consulting. The role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modeling, and transaction structuring, as well as the ability to balance strategic growth objectives with financial discipline.
