About the role

Southwest Licking Local Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Middle School Cross Country Coach to lead, mentor, and build a positive team culture this season. You will guide student-athletes in developing technique, endurance, and lifelong confidence on and off the course. You will foster sportsmanship while helping runners reach personal bests. Supervision comes from the Athletic Director and Building Principal; permit and training requirements are required prior to coaching.
