An opportunity for a senior-level M&A Associate to support and lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and strategic business combinations. The role is client-facing and involves drafting, negotiating, and managing transaction processes while working closely with clients and deal teams. Description Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiation. Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to M&A transactions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Support the structuring and execution of complex corporate transactions. Analyze legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients. Conduct legal research to support transaction-related decisions. Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction processes. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry trends impacting M&A activities. Profile A successful candidate should have: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the professional services industry. Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for legal documents. Experience in conducting due diligence and managing corporate transactions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
