About the role
Working remotely, the full-time Financial Analyst, Brand Finance will perform complex financial analysis, support brand marketing initiatives, and assist in the development of financial models and forecasts while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
Serve as a business partner for assigned brands, addressing accounting and finance-related inquiries while identifying risks and opportunities
Participate in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts, providing actionable insights and communications to business partners
Conduct month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring timely resolution of unusual items and delivering comprehensive financial analysis for various brand requests
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in P&L management and knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts
2+ years of professional experience in finance, preferably in the CPG industry
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial modeling and analytics
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to develop relationships with cross-functional teams
