About the role

A Leading Performance Marketing Agency is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing strategy for a portfolio of ecommerce brands and turn data into profitable growth.
Location: Remote (US), Eastern time zone required
About A Leading Performance Marketing AgencyThis is a digital marketing and analytics agency that helps ecommerce brands scale profitably. The team leads with data first, building the analytical foundation that makes every paid marketing decision sharper, then layering on the creative and channel expertise to execute against it. The agency works with a mix of well known fashion, lifestyle, and food and beverage brands, and cares as much about doing right by clients as it does about hitting their numbers. The team is small, hands on, and genuinely invested in each other’s growth alongside the brands it supports.
Role Overview: As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own paid strategy for a portfolio of ecommerce brands, working directly with founders, CEOs, and VPs of Marketing to turn ad spend into profitable growth. You will build media plans and forecasts and manage six figure monthly budgets across Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and Criteo, all while acting as the trusted day to day partner your clients rely on to make sense of their numbers. This is a heavily client facing seat. You will build real relationships, translate performance data into clear next steps, and bring a sales minded instinct to keeping clients bought into where their marketing is headed. You will also get hands on with P&Ls, multi channel forecasting, and LTV and CAC analysis, the kind of foundational work that shapes how a brand grows online.
What You’ll Do: Paid strategy and execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and Criteo, managing hundreds of thousands of dollars in monthly ad spend. Media planning and forecasting: Build media plans, creative briefs, and forecasts that turn strategy into a clear roadmap clients can act on. Client partnership: Own the relationship with a portfolio of clients, setting weekly and monthly expectations and keeping them excited about where their marketing is headed. Data driven optimization: Use a proprietary dashboard to analyze performance, pull actionable insights, and make the budgeting calls that scale campaigns profitably. Analytical deep dives: Run ad hoc projects like creative audits, audience analysis, attribution modeling, and incrementality testing to answer questions campaign data alone can’t. Testing and iteration: Treat every campaign as a hypothesis, running structured tests to find what actually moves performance and scaling what works. Who You Are2 to 5 years of digital marketing experience working on businesses generating $1M to $100M in annual revenue. Agency background, with the project and time management instincts that come from juggling four or five client accounts at once. Hands on experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google. A clear communicator who can turn dense data into takeaways any stakeholder can act on, delivered with empathy and encouragement. Comfortable living in the data, building out Google Sheets, and knowing when to dig deeper before making a call. Self directed and accountable, someone who takes ownership of problems and doesn’t need much hand holding to work through something new. Organized enough to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once, ideally with experience in Asana or a similar tool. Genuinely curious, always looking for a better process or a sharper strategy, and happy to share it with the team. This role is ideal for a data driven marketer who wants real ownership of client relationships and the budgets behind them, not just a seat running someone else’s playbook.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
