About the role
Business Development Account Executive - PartnershipsThis role focuses on identifying and securing new partnerships that satisfy current and future customer/prospect needs. The BDR will report to the Senior Manager of Partner Operations and will play a crucial role in driving Paycor's growth by generating new business opportunities. This position requires building cross-functional partnerships across product, sales, and strategy to uncover new partnership categories and potential partner targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing the partner strategy, including identifying prospects that address client needs and product gaps. Critical thinking and decision-making are essential skills to successfully execute and manage this strategy.
