Job Title An accident can be a frightening and disruptive experience for our customers. Do you enjoy helping people in their time of need? You will be a key contributor of providing Outstanding Customer Service by guiding and educating our customers throughout the repair process.
What You Will Do: Collaborate with production, parts and technicians to examine and diagnose physical damage Prepare preliminary visual estimates Share your repair knowledge and skills with others on your team Keep up-to-date knowledge on vehicle repair procedures Continuous learning through training classes Maintain a clean and safe work environment Assist with customer facing front end tasks
