Regional Sales manager - AMEC / Sensor Technologies We are partnered with an innovative and fast-growing leader in environmental, and ultrasonic sensor solutions. The team is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to own revenue growth, key account development, and channel management across the AMEC region. This is a permanent, remote opportunity based in the United States, with frequent regional travel required. Key responsibilities for this Regional Sales Manager position: Develop and execute a robust AMEC sales strategy to achieve above-market growth in revenue and profitability. Own regional sales targets, forecasts, pipeline management, and KPI performance. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners. Lead negotiations for major contracts and framework agreements. Conduct business reviews and product training with channel partners to drive strategic alignment. Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to ensure seamless order execution.
Key requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales for sensors, electronics, automation, or industrial technology. Proven track record owning complex, technically driven sales cycles. Experience selling through distributors and representatives in international markets. Strong understanding of sensor technologies and related applications. Fluency in English required; willingness to travel frequently across the AMEC region.
