- Greet patients and visitors with a calm, professional, and respectful tone.
- Answer phones, route calls, take clear messages, and help patients understand next steps.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments across provider and office calendars.
- Collect and verify basic patient information, insurance details, forms, and contact updates.
- Support check-in and check-out, including reminders, follow-up instructions, and referrals to the right team member.
- Keep the front desk, waiting area, forms, and office flow organized throughout the day.
- Use discretion with private information and follow HIPAA-minded office practices.

- Phones are answered quickly and messages are complete enough for the team to act on.
- Patients feel welcomed and know where to go next.
- The schedule is updated accurately when appointment changes happen.
- The clinical team receives clear information instead of scattered notes.
- Prior front desk, receptionist, medical office, dental office, med spa, or customer-service experience preferred.
- Comfortable using computers, phones, calendars, email, and basic office software.
- Strong communication, patience, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to stay organized when several patients or calls need help at the same time.

- Experience with EHR or practice-management systems.
- Bilingual language skills helpful for Los Angeles-area patient communication.
- Familiarity with insurance cards, referrals, appointment reminders, and medical forms.
