Our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) utilize innovative technologies and computer systems to serve millions of customers daily. The North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Central Operations team seeks a Finance Manager to lead productivity planning initiatives within Process Engineering (PE) Finance. Working closely with operations teams, you'll serve as the primary finance business partner for Non-Sort (NS) Process Engineering operations, driving strategic productivity improvements across the network.In this role, you'll leverage deep operational knowledge to identify and validate cost-saving opportunities while ensuring rigorous financial controls. You'll partner with operations leadership to develop and implement productivity initiatives, working closely with field finance teams to scale successful programs across the network. Your strategic insights and financial expertise will be crucial in driving operational excellence and sustainable cost improvements throughout our fulfillment network. About the teamJoin a collaborative team of financial experts supporting Amazon's US Customer Fulfillment network. You'll work across Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to drive productivity improvements through data-driven insights. Our team combines analytical excellence with practical problem-solving to enhance fulfillment operations. Basic qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects- Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)Preferred qualification - MBA, or CPA- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results- Experience communicating results to senior leadershipAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
