Finance Manager, Process Engineering

Our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) utilize innovative technologies and computer systems to serve millions of customers daily. The North America Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Central Operations team seeks a Finance Manager to lead productivity planning initiatives within Process Engineering (PE) Finance. Working closely with operations teams, you'll serve as the primary finance business partner for Non-Sort (NS) Process Engineering operations, driving strategic productivity improvements across the network.In this role, you'll leverage deep operational knowledge to identify and validate cost-saving opportunities while ensuring rigorous financial controls. You'll partner with operations leadership to develop and implement productivity initiatives, working closely with field finance teams to scale successful programs across the network. Your strategic insights and financial expertise will be crucial in driving operational excellence and sustainable cost improvements throughout our fulfillment network. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
