Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Lead to ensure technical availability, reliability, and operational performance of production machinery in a bounds-conscious manufacturing environment in Michigan. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, coach staff across shifts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve asset reliability and safety.
