About the role

Menards is offering a 12-week paid Management Internship at our Eau Claire Distribution Center. The program runs roughly May 2026 to August 2026, placing you with a department to learn from an experienced management team and gain hands-on experience. You will be part of a paid internship designed to develop future leaders, working 40 hours per week in a dynamic distribution environment and building critical management skills for a retail operations career.
