Job Summary: Commissioners are brand representatives responsible for supporting community engagement, events, promotions, product awareness, and customer experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include, building rapport with new and existing customers within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, and a strong desire to close deals.
Responsibilities:
  • Embodying International Highlight core values professionally
  • Engaging with clients (alongside with QR engagement)
  • Distributing samples and promotional materials (alongside with QR engagement)
  • Collecting customer feedback (survey engagement)
  • Aiding events
  • Supporting company initiatives
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
  • Valid state-issued driver's license
