What you'll do:
  • Design and implement scalable backend services and APIsLead technical architecture decisions and code reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
  • Collaborate with product and design to ship user-facing features
  • Improve system reliability, performance, and security
  • Contribute to engineering best practices and documentation
What we're looking for:
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
  • Solid understanding of database design and SQLExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have: Experience with AI/ML integrations or LLMsBackground in fintech or enterprise software Experience with document processing or OCRContributions to open source projects
