About the role
- Strong hands‐on experience supporting Murex MX.3 in a production environment
- Knowledge of Murex modules including eTradepad, Pricing, Simulation, Livebook, and Workflow
- Experience with market data components such as MDCS, RTBS, MDRS, and MDITStrong Murex log analysis, performance troubleshooting, and Unix/Linux‐based support skills
- Scripting experience in Python and/or Unix shell
- Good understanding of Murex orchestration, services, process flows, and EOD job troubleshootingSQL knowledge across Sybase, SQL Server, or Oracle
- Understanding of Equity Derivatives products and GreeksStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Overall 10+ years of IT experience.5+ years of Front Office Trading Technology support experience 3+ years of Murex MX.3 support experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a high‐pressure production support environment
- Automation mindset and continuous improvement focus
