Mechanical / Design Engineer I We are seeking a Mechanical or Design Engineer I with 2+ years of manufacturing experience to support production operations, drive process improvements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, operational efficiency, and overall productivity. Candidates located within 30 minutes of Drums, PA (18222) are strongly preferred.
