This pivotal role is focused on strategic leadership, executive support, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a key player in translating the company's vision into action, ensuring the executive team and internal teams are aligned, and providing the CEO with the necessary support to lead with clarity and momentum. Responsibilities include partnering with the CEO on strategic initiatives, anticipating leadership needs, and managing critical issues. The role also involves preparing data-backed materials for various meetings, facilitating clear communication, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 8 years' executive support experience in a SaaS or high-growth startup environment, with at least 4 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will be a warm, energizing relationship builder with high emotional intelligence, resilience, and a sense of humor. Expertise in operational frameworks, including OKRs, org planning, and SOPs, is essential, as is a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives. The role requires outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for the company's mission.
