About the role

Job TitleWhat You Can Expect :You will take over and handle all matters of the ships and cargo upon arrival/departure with the port authorities, offices, or customs. Furthermore, you will plan and organize the respective port call at the seaports of our Seaport Group in Nordenham and other ports. You will master the communication with captains, shipping companies, charterers, and all other parties involved. In doing so, you will communicate proficiently with business partners and customers in German and English. Finally, you will check the incoming and outgoing invoices and process the port cost requests and invoices.
What You Bring: Your basis ideally consists of a completed commercial training in shipping and a driver's license of class B or class 3.In addition, you have an interest in varied assignments and are proficient in German and English in word and writing. Furthermore, you are familiar with the usual MS Office applications. Division of labor, team spirit, and collegial support are important to you. Organizational skills and reliability are particularly good for you. You like to work with people and always score with an open demeanor.
