About the role
To build the next generation of the pipeline engine, the full-time Director of Sales Development will own inbound and outbound-sourced pipeline across new-logo and expansion accounts, lead strategic account-based experiences (ABX), and develop high-performing sales development representatives (SDRs) in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
Own the pipeline engine by translating revenue targets into SDR capacity, quotas, and investment decisions
Build a high-performing team by leading, coaching, and developing SDRs and Senior SDRs against clear goals for pipeline and conversion
Lead strategic ABX efforts to turn account segments and market triggers into focused actions across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
Required qualifications
Experience leading and transforming a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR organization
A track record of building account-based prospecting or ABX motions across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
Strong capability in capacity planning, organizational design, and performance management
Experience with AI orchestration and designing AI-enabled workflows
Fluency across modern GTM systems, including CRM and sales engagement platforms
