Events and Catering Packing Associate

What You'll Be Doing: Pack and prepare event equipment, décor, and supplies based on packing lists and event timelines Ensure all items are clean, complete, and ready for transport Load and unload vehicles, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds Restock returned items and maintain warehouse organization Operate cargo vans and box trucks for deliveries and pickups (training provided) Communicate with warehouse, operations, and event managers to meet event schedules Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse upkeep Work in a non-climate-controlled environment and adapt to last-minute changes Support a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse that helps the entire team succeed Be part of a cross-trained warehouse team by supporting laundry, dish, rental, and event departments during high-volume periods What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Physically capable of lifting and staying active throughout the day Organized, dependable, and self-motivated A team player who communicates clearly and steps up where needed Experience in a warehouse, event, or catering environment is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Forklift certification is a bonus but not required Why Work with Us At The JDK Group, we believe the details matter—and your work behind the scenes sets the tone for every event.
