Document Imager (Contract) | Dunn County, North Dakota | Immediate Start Paramount Field Services is seeking an experienced Document Imager to support an active project at the Dunn County Recorder's Office in Manning, ND. This position is needed ASAP.
Responsibilities: Image recorded instruments (deeds, leases, assignments, mortgages, and related documents) from county records using provided equipment Ensure images are complete, legible, and correctly labeled by book, page, and instrument number Track progress and report daily output to the project lead Follow courthouse rules and maintain a professional presence with county staff Handle all records and data as confidential
Qualifications: Prior courthouse imaging or abstracting experience preferred Familiarity with county recording systems and record indexing Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable transportation and ability to start immediately Comfortable with laptops, scanners, and basic file management Details
