What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GEDMIG, TIG, and MAG welding experience
  • Highly organized
  • Must pass the welding test during the interview
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for the duration of the shift, and work in extreme hot and cold conditions
  • What You'll Do as a MIG/TIG WelderAdhere to policies, daily workplace organization, and housekeeping
  • Comply with working instructions
  • Perform welding tasks according to specifications and instructions
  • Address issues quickly, notifying the supervisor or other management immediately
  • Meet quality requirements
  • Follow all safety and PPE guidelines
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
