Core Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Support Support the sales team with day-to-day account execution and administrative support Enter, review, and manage orders accurately and on time Track orders from commit receipt through shipment and delivery; flag risks proactively Assist with sales meeting prep, line reviews, internal recaps, and buyer requested forms/templates Maintain accurate documentation related to items, orders, and account activity Inventory & Order Management Monitor inventory levels across DCs, stores, and eCommerce channels Identify potential inventory risks, overstocks, or aging inventory Partner with sales and operations to support forecasting, replenishment, and order flow Support inventory reconciliations and post-order reviews Reporting & Sales Analysis Build and maintain Excel-based trackers and dashboards Support ad-hoc analysis requests from sales leadership Item Creation & eCommerce Maintenance Support item setup, item changes, and maintenance within IML and retailers systems Assist with new item creation, attribute accuracy, and data validation Maintain eCommerce item content, images, and attributes in coordination with internal teams Ensure item data is clean, accurate, and aligned across systems
Salary: $65,000-$70,000 DOE
