Miami-Dade County Public Schools Miami, Florida The Office of Charter School Compliance and Support (CSCS) is the department within the M-DCPS that is charged with authorization, compliance and support of charter schools that operate under the jurisdiction of The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida. The Executive Director, Financial Management, serves as most senior finance administrator in CSCS and is responsible for overseeing the fiscal health and compliance of charter schools authorized by the district, which includes but is not limited to, direct involvement and supervision of: staff within the division, financial analyses and reporting; budgeting and forecasting; compliance monitoring; risk assessment; data analysis and interpretation; and presentation and stakeholder communication.
