About the role
Chapin Pet Lodge Inc. in Kentucky is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service to clients and their pets.
You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule boarding and appointments, maintain records, check pets in and out, and coordinate with staff to ensure proper care. The role is full-time, on-site, with weekend rotation.
