About the role
Arnold & Porter is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups across transactions in the San Francisco, Seattle, or Silicon Valley offices. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in corporate governance, entity management, transactional support, and commercial real estate, with strong organizational skills and meticulous drafting and record-keeping abilities.
Notary commission eligibility is preferred.
