Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic Positive attitude, coachable Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members RESPONSIBILITIES:Preparing chicken to be freshly cooked in store, and operating other line cook stations as needed Following the recipe exactly to prepare the chicken at corporate standards Checking for product quality and consistency, including using the FIFO method Assisting leadership in executing opening or closing procedures Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items Follow sanitation and safety procedures Follow Chick-fil-A's operational policies and procedures Carry out instructions given by the leadership team and operator
