About the role
Serco is seeking an OQE Specialist to centrally validate and track Objective Quality Evidence for AIT and post-delivery tests from Norfolk, VA or Pascagoula, MS. The role requires an active Secret clearance and US citizenship, with 50% travel. You will lead OQE collection, ensure contract compliance, and drive the TIP framework across availabilities, while coordinating with shipyards, SUPSHIP, and program offices to resolve discrepancies.
