To support a growing content strategy, the part-time freelance YouTube Video Editor will edit long-form videos from raw footage, ensuring high-quality pacing, sound design, and visual clarity while working remotely and managing their own schedule. Key responsibilities Edit long-form YouTube videos, including UI/UX teardowns and educational content Own pacing and story in the edits to enhance viewer engagement Implement sound design and visual clarity through color correction and captions Required qualifications Proven portfolio showcasing storytelling through video editing Strong understanding of YouTube retention strategies and audience engagement Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Ability to work independently and meet deadlines reliably Bonus: Experience with motion graphics and collaboration tools like Frame.io
