Senior Software Developer

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Develop and maintain core business applications Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bugs Support application users and business stakeholders Deliver enhancements and new features Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance Assist with issue prioritization and backlog management Participate in modernization initiatives Work through projects from start to finish Required Qualifications & Experience: 6+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Experience with Azure environments Strong SQL Server development skills Background supporting production applications Experience troubleshooting bugs and system issues Ability to communicate clearly with business stakeholders Experience mentoring, guiding, or reviewing code for others Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving environment Willing to be onsite 5 days a week. Must be local to Houston.
