Turn Your Provider Relationships Into Recurring RevenueMedHab is looking for independent sales agents (1099) with established relationships in healthcare to offer Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Chronic Care Management (CCM) to their existing provider network.RPM and CCM are CMS-reimbursed programs that let practices monitor and manage patients with chronic conditions between visits — improving outcomes while generating a new, recurring revenue stream for the practice. If you already call on providers, this is a program you can bring to the table with zero cold-calling.What you'll do: Introduce RPM/CCM to providers you already know and help them get enrolled. MedHab handles onboarding, equipment, and ongoing program management — you bring the relationship.Who we're looking for: Agents with active relationships in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pain Management, or Long-Term Care.The opportunity:1099 independent contractor roleMonthly recurring commission — no capAverage commission of $2,700/month per enrolled providerFlexible schedule, work your own book of businessInterested?
